Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to increase our "Customer Service Index" by ensuring high levels of satisfaction among our customers. Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact and overseeing all areas of our fast-paced Customer Service Department by making independent decisions to assist customers; training and supervising our Customer Service Representatives; working with our sales, service, production and administrative departments to deliver prompt resolution of customer questions and concerns.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Customer service or call center experience Typing and 10 keypad experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Intranet/Internet High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred


Preferred

1-3 years' management experience in a customer service or call center AS/400 experience Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Compensation

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Colorado local city or state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation.

The base salary generally ranges between $55,000.00 - $65,271.96/Year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
