Customer Service Supervisor
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations of the Customer Service department. Communication and team work are a vital part of this role. You will work with customers and our sales teams to provide product and pricing information on various products and help to resolve issues . You will communicate regularly with your management chain on project updates and department needs. Along with your team on important information, updates, and expectations. In this role, you may also work on spreadsheets and reporting. Responsibilities also include hiring, training, and providing feedback to your team members. In addition, you will often work with several internal teams such as marketing, pricing, compliance, and supply management teams on various projects to help provide the best products and support to our customers.
