Become a **maker of possible** with us! **Main responsibilities will include:** + Manage customer orders and requests through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online forms. + Ensure accurate and timely order processing for both direct and indirect sales channels. + Respond promptly to customer enquiries and complaints, providing helpful solutions and resolving issues effectively. + Maintain positive relationships with customers by offering assistance and guidance throughout the ordering process. + Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. + Update relevant systems and databases with accurate information related to customer orders and account details. + Monitor and track order statuses to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues. + Recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. + Stay informed about product availability, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. + Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. **About you** + Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred. + Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. + Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. + Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office. + Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. + Detail-oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and precision. + Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns. + Adaptable nature to handle diverse situations and personalities. + Flexibility to work during regular business hours and occasional overtime. **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
