Typical working tasks: You answer customer inquiries over the phone, offer all customers professional and competent support at the highest level. Responsibilities include solving technical problems related to home or mobile Internet and making an additional sales offer.
Cooperation with colleagues and superiors: Professional behavior towards employees and customers. We are with all of them by You. You have regular coaching with your team leader or mentor. It is a collegial behavior.
