Job Description

Future tasks: Processing of incoming/inbound calls, providing customers with competent solution in English, multitasking, working with programs and data base in English, using Online translator for German programs and for dealing with the written information provided in German. Achieving sales targets. Informing our customers on new products that they may get in our company. 

Typical working tasks: You answer customer inquiries over the phone, offer all customers professional and competent support at the highest level. Responsibilities include solving technical problems related to home or mobile Internet and making an additional sales offer.

Cooperation with colleagues and superiors: Professional behavior towards employees and customers. We are with all of them by You. You have regular coaching with your team leader or mentor. It is a collegial behavior.
