What will you be doing?

1. Order handling:

Order taking from Customer (mail/fax/phone)

Customer order entry into JDE based on agreement offers

Products inventory level monitoring based on BO procedure

Passing through of customer orders to warehouse application

2. Invoice make out:

Invoice make out in JDE

Credit Note in JDE

Sending an invoice to the Customer

3. Claim service:

Customer complaints settling

Proactive action in order to settle Customer`s claim in line with Baxter`s procedures

4. Cooperation with Customer:

Order receipt

Communicating with Customers about product availability according to agreements and procedures

Communicating with customers about order handling status

5.   Reports creation in JDE        

6.   Cooperation with the Tender Team, Commercial Team, Finance, Supply Chain 

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service (i.e. logistics)

Good knowledge of MS Office

Proficient in English

Compliance with country-specific requirements

Communicative, customer-focused

Well-adapted, independent in driving tasks but also a strong teammate

Driven to deliver high-quality service
