As the Customer Service Specialist at Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a vital role in interacting with customers and forwarders through phone and email communication. You will be responsible for handling tickets in our CRM system and working in SAP. The main duties include communicating with customers and forwarders, as well as supporting the Sales Team with simple order-related tasks. This position is open to slightly experienced candidates with a background in Customer Service or junior candidates eager to learn and advance their career in a global corporate company.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

Provide effective, proactive, and professional service to our customers. Manage customer inquiries and supporting activities by telephone, email, SAP, Sales Force, and other mediums. Answer incoming calls, sort cases, coordinate queues, and follow up. Create orders in SAP, LCI, EDI. Follow up on open orders. Create customer master and materials in Sales Force and SAP. Maintain/update prices in Vendavo/SAP. Provide information to customers about distributors, partners, and service companies. Work within the larger Customer Service team to support colleagues locally and internationally where needed. With a high customer focus, identify and resolve issues proactively and help customers and colleagues efficiently manage requirements. Provide required documentation to customers. Apply Danfoss processes and procedures in daily work, be open to new ways of working, yet remain flexible to ensure the customer remains the focus. Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

Bachelor's degree in economics is preferred. SAP or Customer Service experience is preferred. Knowledge of other CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com, is a plus. Fluent in English and Bulgarian. You should have the ability to quickly understand customer inquiries and respond promptly. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Additionally, you should be flexible, possess good interpersonal skills, and be accustomed to working under pressure. Employee Benefits
