Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Thermo booking policy by checking contract information from the sales teamInput all orders accurately and in a timely manner into SAPManage and process orders to ensure timely revenue recognition and prompt closure of ordersIssue invoices to customers and ensure they receive themRegularly review and track accounts receivableSupport sales engineers in checking spare parts inventory or order statusAssist sales team with internal issuesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Law, or International Trade preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, project management, or business data analysisGood knowledge of SAP preferredEffective communication, planning, and coordination skillsProficiency in English reading, writing, and speakingWillingness to work overtime if neededProficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Basic knowledge of SAPStrong communication and coordination skills
