Role Purpose:
To provide overall support to clients that utilize the banks digital channels, but with a focus around performing FX transactions.
Are you someone who can:
Checking Vantage for the Specialist assigned to Excon vetting and following upDealing with client queries around why payments are not being transitioned from portal to Bank – e.g. Get Quote etc.Identifying clients that are “under surveillance” particularly in respect of those facing Reg 12 blocking order by SARBFollowing up with the Compliance Docs team in helping uplift such blocking ordersFollowing up with the FRB’s Payment Screening team (e.g. Payments to Grey listed countries like Turkey) & escalating transactions that have bottleneckedFollowing up with Frontline on transactions that require Dynamics cases to be resolved due to payment screeningAssisting clients that are unable to reconcile bank charges – particularly those fees raised by foreign banks and where their references do not match our Payment referencesFollowing up with credit where transactions require credit approval – especially where these are stalledYou will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have a minimum of Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualificationHave 5 - 10 years’ experience in dealing with Forex products in a Client Service environmentHave Financial Services/Banking industry experience (preferred)
