Customer Service Sales Support Intern
Your role:Supports the Key Account Manager team in ensuring service are properly distributed and promoted according to our service strategy and customer needs.
Identify service agreements opportunities and upgrades.
Prepares weekly checks on warranty end dates and contract end dates in order to be discussed with Key Account Manager or directly with the customer.
Prepares service agreements quotations.
You're the right fit if:You are preferably a student of at least 3rd year of Bachelor’s studies (in medical engineering economics, management field).
You are fluent in English and have good Excel skills.
You are a team player with a can-do attitude, enthusiastic, proactive and curious.
You have strong analytical skills and great numerical skills. You have the ability to connect to people and the drive to learn
How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
