Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 5+ years’ experience in marketing/sales/customer service environment Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English) Excellent telephonic skills Excellent customer service skills SADC or East Africa experience  Experience and understanding of shipping into Africa and documentation requirements SAP working knowledge Duties:
Customer service – processing orders, handling all correspondence, sell products/services ,processing goods returned, handling customer queries, etc. General assistance – counting stock, assisting in warehouse, etc. Attention to detail and close communication with Sales Manager/Technical Advisor with regards to pricing related to East Africa Ability to work on strict turnaround times with regards to customer feedback Ability to be proactive with all relevant internal departments to offer products either due to out of stocks or alternative options
