Job Description

In this role, you will:

Manage assigned accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries and complete order fulfillmentSupport all aspects of service to the customer including, but not limited to: price quotes and quote follow-up, technical and product recommendations, sample department coordinationPromote and proactively communicate innovative, new and changing products and servicesProvide responsive order management support including order entry and expeditingIdentify and champion customer's needs and determine appropriate actionInitiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsivenessCoordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling, proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives Escalation of structural issuesCollaborate with Sales Representatives achieving goals, support on customer growth projectsEnsure proactive communication within Customer Service and Sales network by sharing insights gained during allocated customer contacts in regards of service, complaints or other important customer informationBack-up team-members when workload makes this necessary and during holiday periodPartner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals.Provide customer service regarding the company's services and/or products also by  telephone.

Qualifications

What we expect from you ! Your Expertise:

Fluent in English and French (written & spoken) is a must, Dutch is preferred!Experienced working in a customer-facing roleAble to effectively manage many priorities and issuesStrong organizational skills, very detailed oriented and good follow-up skillsHigh customer orientation and friendlinessStrong communication and team collaboration skillsHigh degree of self-initiative, resilience and assertivenessHigh IT affinity, experienced working with an Order Management System
