**Customer Service Representative**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Process daily customer quotes and firm orders through the JDE system.
+ Build SX, SF, SO, and SN orders and transactions.
+ Follow up with the Project, warehouse, finance, and purchasing teams.
+ Set up new customers and file all documents.
+ Set up new items in TeamCenter.
+ File Customer Profiles for new orders, quotations, and shipments based on Record Retention policies.
+ Index documents for critical metrics.
+ Support invoicing and meet customer requirements.
+ Issue credits to customers for price differences, claims, returns, or discounts.
+ Acknowledge orders and shipping.
+ Provide support to cover load during CSR transitions, training, vacations, illness, and peak seasons.
+ Offer support to Management and other CSRs.
+ Build and develop important metrics dashboard.
+ Build reports and track material transactions for consignment to maintain healthy inventories.
+ Participate in weekly meetings with Project teams.
+ Follow up on warranties.
+ Coordinate shipments with our service providers.
+ Perform regular inventory check-ups to avoid discrepancies between Copeland and service providers.
+ Conduct daily analysis and classification for timely delivery reasons.
+ Actively participate in the Domestic Weekly meeting.
+ Resolve basic customer issues with minimal partner concern involvement.
+ Communicate information and data accurately to internal and external contacts via phone, writing, and email.
**Requirements:**
+ Proficiency in English.
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service roles.
+ Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Dedication to delivering high-quality services and maintaining positive customer relationships.
+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
