Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, between our Strategic Clients and our Service Departments providing service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. A Day in the Life:Manage large volume of incoming requests from our Strategic Clients electronically and/or by telephoneRespond promptly to client’s inquiries and meet client timeframesCommunicate with clients through various channels, such as online portalsCommunicate and coordinate with internal Service Departments across Canada and the USCarefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgmentHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolutionObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaintsEscalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource as requiredKeep records of customer interactions; record details of inquiries, comments and complaintFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesProvide accurate invoicing to all Strategic ClientsIdentify any discrepancies between contract amounts and invoice amount and resolve any issue What We Offer:Great Perks and DiscountsAmazing Benefits and RRSP matching program Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”! What We Are Seeking:Experience: 3+ years of related Customer Service experiencePost-secondary education is preferredExcellent verbal and written communicationMust be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting toolsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProactive approach to anticipate tasks or challenges and take action, even if it falls beyond their prescribed dutiesAfter hours and weekend availability as required
