Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Boise, ID (Onsite required every Wednesday and Thursday)
**Pay Range:** $19.59 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Validate customer entitlement and log cases for proper resource routing.
+ Monitor service events through completion for compliance and quality assurance.
+ Manage customer service requests through various access channels.
+ Analyze customer feedback and provide resolutions based on data insights.
+ Lead projects aimed at process improvements and document changes.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school education or equivalent; some college education preferred.
+ A minimum of 5+ years of general experience in customer service or related fields.
+ Previous experience working in a remote/hybrid role.
+ Proficiency in computer technology and data entry accuracy.
+ Ability to mentor and train new agents effectively.
