**Job Responsibilities**
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
+ Managing both external and internal customer contacts using the telephone, internal queuing system, and ticket management system,
+ Supporting the Customer Service team in both local and international assignments,
+ Identifying and proposing solutions to problems while maintaining service standards and understanding customer needs,
+ Adhering to Danfoss policies and procedures in daily operations, as well as seeking improvements,
+ Ensuring smooth contact with customers through record-keeping and constant communication with the technical department,
+ Ensuring the quality of your work and that of the entire customer service department by sharing your knowledge and experiences.

+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field,
+ You have at least 3 years of experience in sales/customer service, and you are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or SAP, which will be an advantage,
+ You already have experience in telephone customer service (which we consider an asset),
+ You are not afraid to solve problems and are always looking for new ways,
+ You are oriented to the customer and their needs,
+ You have above-average communication and interpersonal skills (through written and telephone contact),
+ You are a person who is not afraid of changes,
+ You are an organized person,
+ You know English and Bulgarian at a professional level (for internal communication and operation of systems),
