As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with filing, data entry, and administrative supportAssisting with receipt and processing of ordersAssisting in facilitating resolution of inquires and customer concerns related to the order and delivery processDealing with only limited product line(s) and handle single entity supportHandling special projects, as assigned

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum of High School Diploma or equivalentHave a minimum of 1+ years of industry experience (preferred)Be familiar with order entry software and processesHave working knowledge of customer service techniques in an industrial settingHave a good computer skills.Be fluent in Arabic and English languages.
