TransPerfect is looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives that will be responsible for processing in-bound emails and calls with a third party client displaying great customer service skills to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. The CSR manages calls and emails for a Third Party Claims Administrator and performs all duties as required for the Client Project Manager. Our Customer Service Representatives are enthusiastic and motivated. Uses proper phone and email etiquette to provide great customer service for incoming calls and emails for various cases and projectsCommunicates effectively and address customers’ needs to provide accurate information, process inquiries, and solve problems. Escalates the calls as neededDocuments all calls appropriately, and follows all procedures as dictated by policy and proceduresConducts themselves in a professional manner at all times – adheres to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floorWorks continuously towards professional development, as in their knowledge of cases and projects that the client handles, using downtime productivelyReliable and dependable adherence to attendance requirements, complying with scheduled lunches and breaks to ensure adequate phone coverage unless otherwise directed by the team SupervisorWorks various shifts as dictated by the projectAttends all scheduled training as requiredAccomplishes other general tasks as required or necessaryQualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma preferred, 18 years or older1 year of Customer Service experience, or Call Center experience, and desktop applications experienceEffective communication and literacy skills.
