The Chicago Terminal is located in the far southeast corner of Chicago, on the east shore of Lake Calumet within the Illinois International Port District’s Lake Calumet Industrial Corridor. Approximately a 3 mile drive from I-94 and 103rd St., and from I-94 and 131st St., the terminal unloads and loads tank trucks, tank cars, barges, and ships to/from bulk liquid storage tanks that are leased by our Customers. These bulk liquid products include chemicals, biofuels, aviation deicers, and vegetable oils.

High school diploma or equivalentCollege experience is a plusJob Requirements:
Must have at least 3-5 years experience working in the liquids terminal industryKnowledge of DOT rules and regulationsExperience dispatching, scaling trucks and calculating loads according to DOT regulationsMust possess excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions)Proficient in Excel, Data Entry and OutlookMust have the knowledge and ability with systems such as SAP and/or any other inventory systemsMust be very detailed oriented and have the ability to problem solve and troubleshootMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability the multi-task as well as manage the dispatching office with minimal supervisionMust be able to perform work as directed by managementIndividual must possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work from written and verbal instructionsMust be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors(s), adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rulesMust be able to work quickly, independently and accurately under pressureMaintain regular, dependable attendance and high level of performance
Physical requirements
Include but may not be limited to walking up and down stairs, standing for extending periods of time and carrying up to 25 poundsMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurersCompensation:
$52,600-$73,600
Job level and pay commensurate with experience and skill set.
