Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support thousands of drivers across the country using two-way audio and video communication. You will verify necessary specifications on trucks, coordinate and communicate updates daily, and assist with arrivals, loading, unloading, and departures at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers. This role requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong technical skills.

 

Responsibilities

Support drivers using two-way audio and video communicationVerify and identify necessary specifications on trucks and trailersCoordinate and communicate updates with all parties involved in warehouse and distribution center operationsManage gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on their tasksCommunicate clearly with approximately 200 drivers daily

Qualifications

One year or more of high-volume customer support experience (call center preferred)Experience in retail customer serviceAbility to follow standard operating procedures and strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projectsQuick learning capability and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWork Environment

Training is in person and is on-site for 3 weeks from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. After training, the schedule is to be determined, but candidates must be open to working 5 days a week, any day of the week, including weekends. Regular schedules outside mandatory extra time are 6 am - 2:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00pm. Shifts can cover any hours from 6am - 6pm (10-hour shifts) after training. This role is onsite 5 days per week with no work-from-home or hybrid options. Overtime is necessary from October through January. Candidates must be open to working holidays and flexible with shift patterns, including Thursday - Monday, Friday - Tuesday, Saturday - Wednesday, or Wednesday - Sunday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
