Job Overview and Responsibilities:Checking-in and processing of passengers and baggage onto flightsEnsuring that passengers are in possession of valid documentation for travelMeeting and boarding flights, assisting passengers wherever required that includes:Working remote arrivals and departures outside (heat, rain, snow)Driving on the rampBaggage service handling, incl. occasional lifting of bags up to 25kgManual handling of aircraft doorsTransfer counterUnited Club loungeAssigned other duties in Customer Services as and when required to meet operational demands ensuring the smooth runningProfessional service to our customers, both internal and externalThis position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
