What you will do-

Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionalsEngage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationshipsSupport Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax. Researches responses with salesKeep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenDetermine charges for services requested, collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments, and/or arrange for billingPrepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer informationMaintain customer pricing in ERP system, including entering contracts as requiredImplement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system through proper billing and replenishment processesImplement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records

What you will need-

High School diploma or equivalent - required (Associates Degree - preferred)3+ years of customer service, data entry, account management, or relevant experience - requiredDemonstrated computer skills required (e.g. ERP systems, Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word.)Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed

$20.08 - $32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
