Customer Service Representative
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service through various communication channels and maintaining high standards of data entry accuracy. Responsibilities: • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns efficiently. • Collaborating with employers and their employees to resolve issues related to paychecks or working hours. • Operating in a call center environment, providing prompt and courteous customer service. • Ensuring daily metrics are met, contributing to the overall performance of the customer service team. • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and to maintain accurate customer records. • Responding to faxes and managing email correspondence as part of the customer service process. • Assisting customers with enrollment queries and providing accurate information. • Taking necessary actions on customer accounts based on their inquiries or requests.
