Description We are on the hunt for a proficient Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team. Located in Washington, District of Columbia, your role will consist of engaging with customers who are on the housing waitlist or intending to join it. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will be entrusted with tasks such as document collection, database updates, and various administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Engage and communicate effectively with customers on the housing waitlist • Collect and manage physical documents as part of the process • Update and maintain the company database with accurate customer information • Perform scanning and filing tasks in a systematic manner • Ensure administrative duties are carried out effectively • Leverage Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and other tasks • Respond to inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience • Proven experience in customer service, showcasing the ability to handle customer queries effectively • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create and format documents efficiently.
