About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

About you

We’re looking for individuals with:

Customer service experience (highly desirable) A genuine interest in banking or financial services Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems Resilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environment A Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent) Work & Holiday or Student visa holders are welcome! What you will do Handle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including: Providing account balances Replacing debit and credit cards Updating personal information Resolving issues with online banking Investigating transactions and disputes Managing fraud inquiries Logging complaints and capturing feedback Provide accurate information and follow strict identification protocols

Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.

Training period (on-site) Weeks 1–3: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm (NSW time) Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday. Full-time availability between 8:00 am–8:00 pm (NSW time) required Flexible permanent rosters
