Communicates with customers and carriers by phone, in person and email to schedule orders for the account. Collaborate with others in a team environment to accomplish goals. Check in & out drivers following all processes/protocol for security, ensuring all record keeping is accurate and current. Prepare daily reports for supervisors and management. Verify all delivery orders and bills of lading have been received and are correct. Ensure that the SAP system is updated and accurate Assist in cross functional roles in the office. Assist as needed with quality checks on the warehouse floor. Assist as needed scanning on the warehouse floor. Monitors inventory reports and alerts management to any issues. Complete all training courses as required.Job Requirements:
Previous Customer Service experience a plus Microsoft Office Suite Basic computer skills Able to multi-task Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills Able to work independently Apply NowApplicant Privacy Policy
