Customer Service Representative

Our client, a premier food packaging plastic manufacturing company in Oxnard, CA is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be responding to customer inquiries and communicating via email or phone.

Duties:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all timesResponding to customer inquiries and communicating via email or phoneProcessing Purchase Orders and using Microsoft Word and ExcelAcknowledging and resolving customer complaintsKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaintsProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer supportWork with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.2 years experience in Customer Service roleGood organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with database management systems and basic data analysis concepts is a plus.

Pay and Shift:

Monday to Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM$22.00
