Our client, a chemical manufacturer in Runnemede, NJ is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will be providing accurate information to process any incoming calls for a customer placing an order in a call center atmosphere. Monday to Friday paying $18.00 to $20.00/hour.

Your day to Day:

Update customer account details, including names, addresses, and delivery or shipping information.Collaborate with the credit/billing department to resolve billing inquiries and issues.Assist customers with UPS/FedEx shipping and tracking concerns, providing effective solutions.Handle customer returns and complaints, offering solutions and escalating to supervisors if needed.Provide customers with product knowledge, current promotions, and inventory updates.Record customer complaints about shipping issues and inform management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx systems. Strong computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, Outlook).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to learn and retain large amounts of information and adapt to unpredictable situations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hour
