Our client, a wholesale distribution company is looking to hire a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative for their location in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate would need at least 2 years of Customer Service experience for this position. Responsibilities include assisting walk-in customers with inquiries regarding our services & products. Answer incoming calls, resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
The Day-to-Day:
Assist customers with product information.Complete the necessary paperwork.Utilize data entry skills to update customer records accurately.Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times.Qualifications:
High School Diploma.Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual).Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Prior experience in sales is highly preferred.Pay Rate/Shifts:
$19.00 to $20.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
