The Day-to-Day:

Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and efficiencyWelcome and assist visitors in a courteous and friendly mannerHandle and respond to email correspondence in a timely fashionAccurately input customer information into internal databases and systems

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMust be fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk roleStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExceptional written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, well-organized, and able to adapt quickly in dynamic situationsExcellent time management and attention to detail

$18.00 to $22.00 /hr
