The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing work ticket orders from national accounts, including Lowe’s, Amazon, Target, and Walmart. This role requires a proactive approach in verifying customer requests, dispatching service orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between technicians, subcontractors, and divisions. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Process work ticket orders received electronically or via phone, including outbound calls when necessary.
+ Qualify and verify customer requests to ensure accurate service delivery.
+ Check technicians in and out and coordinate bookings and dispatches for subcontractors or internal divisions.
+ Manage customer requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
+ Utilize Microsoft programs efficiently to document and track service requests.
+ Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of service requests.
+ Adapt to evolving responsibilities and support additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
+ Previous call center experience is a plus.
+ Proven solid tenure, with at least one year at each previous position.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Excel and Outlook.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

+ TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM
+ SUNDAY - THURSDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PM
+ FRIDAY - MONDAY 11:00AM - 10:00PM
+ Training hours for first 2 weeks: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
