Customer Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities

Finish daily on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System. 

Work with related departments to meet customer requirements via routine order cycle management and supply chain activities, including below step: 

Use SAP to manage customer order affair. 

Receive customer order; check production schedule / import goods schedule with planner, then confirm delivery schedule to customer to satisfy customer request and maximize OTIF continuously. 

Communicate with customer for the delay orders and provide alternative solutions;

Arrange the stock transfer order and shipment to off-side warehouse according to customer request and safety stock setting.

File all related documents. 

Forwarding of customer complaints to related departments, and coordinate all related departments to solve all issues. 

Handle all return invoices on time, minimize the loss both cost and finish goods. 

Building good relationship with all relevant department via routine activities. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent; related chemical knowledge and supply chain management experience is preferable

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office. 

Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
