CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Geozone Operations team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of equipment, adhering to Weatherford's stringent operational excellence and process safety (OEPS) standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while demonstrating excellent technical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Assemble, disassemble, and refurbish equipment and tools in accordance with work instructions and under close supervision. Assist senior workshop personnel in the preparation and testing of equipment, following specified learning plans and training modules. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive/corrective maintenance on field equipment and tools, contributing to minimizing non-productive time and enhancing field service delivery. Adhere to Weatherford's Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in technical tasks and procedures. Ability to work nights and weekends as required. Excellent verbal communication skills and a team-oriented approach. Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Ability to interpret and follow written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

Education

While a formal degree is not required, relevant vocational training or equivalent experience is preferred.

Travel Requirement

This role may require domestic and potentially international travel up to 10%.
