Customer Service Rep Immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep for top manufacturing company in Danbury, CT. Pay rate $24 - $28hr. . Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following: + Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner + Support Sales team by responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment status, and issues + Troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner + Work closely with shipping, production and scheduling, to always have an updated status then keep clients informed. Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: + 3+ years exp in a similar role – manufacturing company exp preferred + Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Oracle or other ERP a strong plus + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize IMMEDIATE OPENING Hours are either 7am – 3:30pm or 8am – 4:30pm, Monday - Fridays Pay rate $24 - $28 hr , DOE Newtown, CT location _– in-office only_ APPLY NOW!
