Customer Service Rep Immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep for top manufacturing company in Danbury, CT. Pay rate $24 - $28hr. . Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following: + Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner + Support Sales team by responding to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment status, and issues + Troubleshooting issues and resolving in a timely manner + Work closely with shipping, production and scheduling, to always have an updated status then keep clients informed.
