Temp Customer Service Representative

AHF Products has a temporary job opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be located in Mountville, PA. This role will pay $18.00 an hour and will be Monday – Friday 8-4:30 or 8-5.

JOB DUTIES:

Use order data sent from website to Hubspot as source for order entry into M3 Order details emailed from Hubspot to Customer Service mailbox real time for manual entry Organizes emails into folders in mailbox for ease of tracking, i.e. to be entered, waiting for tracking, complete Enters order. Agreed it is okay if turnaround time for sample fulfillment is delayed slightly due to temporary manual process. Monitors orders for tracking #. We can create an adhoc report to be run on a tbd schedule to help identify orders/tracking #’s. Clicks Hubspot link on email to go to that record in Hubspot to enter ship tracking # (this assumes we send orders real time) Ships confirmation email triggered out of Hubspot and sent to customer

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent. No less than 1 year of retail or call center customer service experience. Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills. A commitment to consistently exceed the customer's expectations. Excellent listening skills and problem-solving skills relative to customer inquiries. Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks at once. Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in operating a PC with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
