The Customer Service Representative/Production Planner & Scheduler is responsible to develop a strong rapport, communication, and relationships with internal and external customers. Manage specific product families using material planning, production scheduling, and capacity planning to meet established production objectives critical to achieving customer satisfaction. Proficient in troubleshooting and solving problems while thinking critically about the situation.

Build strong relationships and resolve issues between customers and manufacturing plant(s). Communicate with customers, sales managers, and manufacturer’s representatives concerning orders, quotes, returns, shipments, and products. Provide quotes to customers by coordinating with the Pricing, Engineering, Production, and Sales Teams. Collaborate with customers to establish procedures, guidelines and lead-times when developing ordering schedule and/or patterns. Inform customers about any shipment delays and/or information required to process their orders. Initiate tracers with shipping carriers, when necessary. Regularly review and monitor reports and collaborate with relevant personnel to ensure orders are completed and shipped. Ensure the customer master record is accurate. Initiate file maintenance to correct customer records in the ERP system. Assist with customer contract and agreement development & preparation to align with division strategies, programs, and products, as necessary. Assist with customer price review, increases and customer communication.Your Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required 5 years relevant experience required 2 years experience in a customer service role
