As Customer Service Partner Expert, you will focus on managing and optimizing relations with external partners providing services to Siemens Healthineers: you will perform a series of activities to ensure that they provide the expected services with the required level of quality, to meet corporate objectives.
Your role:
Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with all service partnersServe as the primary point of contact for partners to address issues, concerns and inquiriesOffer support and training to partners, ensuring they understand the Service processes and standards required.Contract Management and performance monitoring:
Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contract with partnersEnsure compliance with contractual obligations Track and analyze partner performance against established KPIsConduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure service quality and efficiencyCollaboration and data analysis
Work closely with internal teams ensure alignment with partner goals.Prepare reports on partner performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Present findings to management and recommend actions based on data analysis.Invoicing and budget control
Prepare, verify and send invoice statements to partners, ensuring that all information is correct (amounts, product/service items, etc.).Invoice control: Verifies that invoices comply with orders or contracts, ensuring that all items are recorded correctly and that the amount is accurate.Your expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Partner Management, Procurement and Logistics or a related rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with partners and internal stakeholders.Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with service providers.Good analytical skills to analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise with service partners.Good and fluent English in both written and speaking.Able to work independently, as well as an effective team player and respectful of diversity.Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) and SAP.Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing situations, customer needs and market conditions.Ability to self-planning the work and produce measurable results according to targets.Taking initiatives actively and constructively, showing strong perseverance until objectives are achieved.Other requirements: located preferably in Lombardia area.
