Responds to personal written and telephone inquiries and complaints about goods and services provides information and refers people to other sources
Key Responsibilities
Book and send in goods for repairs
Log in bookings on the system on a daily basis
Follow up on the goods sent for repairs
Collect goods when ready from the supplier
Call customers to collect goods when ready
Attend to all customer related queries
Key performance areas
Answering inquiries about goods services and policy and providing information about their availability location price and related issues
Receive stock from customers for repairs
Direct the customer to relevant department in a timeous manner
Ensure the correct documentation is filled out
Ensure that the condition of the item is recorded
Answering telephone calls for any queries and complaints
Ensure that the calls go through to the correct department
Ensure that all queries or complaints are dealt with in a professional manner
Responding to enquiries about problems and providing advice information and assistance
Follow up with suppliers if goods are ready for collection
Ensure the where about of the stock at anytime
Ensure that the customer is informed on the progress of the repair via phone call or sms
Requirements
Matric
Atleast 2 to 3 years experience as a Customer Service consultant in a retail environment
Customer Service Certificate course
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent verbal and written communication
Microsoft Excel Outlook
Able to work under pressure
Accuracy
Excellent time management
Dealing with difficult situations/customers
Customer orientation
Salary Market related
