Customer Service Officer
Position:Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIE: 

Manage “Order to Invoice” Process, Including but not limited to -
- Order Enter
- Backlog Management with Reschedule Request

- Arrange Shipment

- Inventory Control

- AR, RMA and Other after sale service

- Keep good relationship with customers and develop new Biz Opportunity

- Close interaction with internal /external team to achieve monthly budget.

 

COMPETENCIES

· University Education with 1-3 years of customer service experience in Electronics industry. 
· Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Outlook), knowledge in Oracle is an advantage
· Good command of both written & spoken English.

· Strong communication skills, initiative working attitude, able to work under pressure.
