Customer Service Managers play a key role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients servedManage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clientsEnsure proper documentation and record-keepingConduct periodic home visits and safety checks QualificationsWhat you will need:
