Job Objective\:
Support the customer service team in daily operations management, monitoring key metrics, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of department goals.
Key Responsibilities\:
Perform daily follow-up on order entries and changes requested by customers.Monitor key area metrics and prepare reports for analysis.Provide operational support to the Customer Service Representative in administrative and management tasks.Maintain continuous and effective communication with Project Managers to ensure alignment on projects.Attend interdisciplinary team meetings, providing relevant information and facilitating team collaboration.
