Customer Service Finance Executive

Then come and join our Thailand team as a Customer Service Finance Executive (1.5-year contract) to seek an experienced, dynamic and energetic finance professional.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will monitor of Billing Process to ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely & accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs. You will monitor of monthly cost developments to actively drive the achievement of profitability targets and provide feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with cost development. You have to communicate with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment related disputes in a timely manner to enable timely cash collection. You have to review of Commercial Terms & Conditions of Contracts & Adhoc offers being sent out from Customer Service to Customers. You have to accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to HQ / local management/CS HOF/CS Head. You will maintain clean books and records in accordance IFRS and Local Accounting Guidelines. You will liaise with Auditors during Statutory Audits. You will be reporting of Key Financial Data (both Forecast and Actual) in Global CS Tools on a monthly basis. You will support the full Budgeting / Forecasting process for Orders, Revenue, Gross Profit and FTE.  You will perform variance analysis to find out the root causes for positive or negative deviations in KPI’s to provide meaningful commentary to Local/Regional/Zone Management/CS HOF/CS Head in the Country. You will be continuous development to adapt to financial accounting changes and develop the necessary skills needed in the age of digitalization Continuous Efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Finance Operational role with exposure to internal Management and Customers in negotiation settings. You are confident in supporting change management activities and continuous improvement projects. You have experience in the field of maintenance services within the Healthcare industry, particularly Medical Technology or Digital Health Solutions preferable but not essential. You will be working technical accounting (IFRS) knowledge to interpret and apply guidance in the context of the business scenarios. You have knowledge of Contract T&C to aid in the review of proposals and agreements in order to identify risks and propose alternative language to mitigate these risks to the business with support from Legal counsel.

Your attributes and skills:

You have Strong communication skills in English and Thai, both verbal and written. You have good problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly and explain to others. You can explain financial concepts to non-financial managers. You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
