We will be glad to have you in our team as a Customer Service Engineer, where you will be responsible for successfully handling everyday business activities as service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance, and system modification on demand for products within area of expertise.

Your role:

Execute service activities coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate mannerEscalate incidents according to the defined parametersReporting ability of incidents using proper documentationComply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens HealthineersMaintain highest customer satisfaction

Your expertise/ skills:

BSc/Msc in related subject, such as Biomedical EngineeringService experience in the area of In Vivo medical devicesAnalytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot a problemTeamwork and high level of customer service and communication skillsFluency in both Greek and English languageAbility to travel

Note: This is a field-based position which may require travel and time away from home.

The position is based in Heraklion (Crete) and the employment contract is fixed-term, handled via Randstad.
