DataPath is seeking a Customer Service Engineer in support of the GTACS II STT Sustainment Program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the maintenance, operation and performance of Ku-Band Mobile Terminals. Assume the on-site leadership role with customer satisfaction as the primary goal. Working with site personnel to: Maintain satellite communication system availability above acceptable levels. Troubleshoot and resolve any identified circuit or equipment outages or degradation. Provide interim reports as necessary, based on particular site conditions and/or problems. Maintain the site (including electronics and office) in a professional and clean manner. Perform the on-site duties which enable DataPath to successfully implement contractual duties relative to mobile terminal operation and maintenance.
