We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual DANISH who speaks English (B2 level).
🎧 Your mission will be to receive calls and to provide support to a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage against possible incidents that customers may have.
🎁 What do we offer?
Position in 100% teleworking mode with contract from the first day of training. Salary of 22,000 euros gross per year. Temporary 4-month contract with real possibilities of continuity. 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week). Online training in English (09:00 - 17:00h). Work schedule (monday to friday 11:00h - 19:00h).
🔍 What do we need?
Native or bilingual level of DANISH. Advanced level of English (B2 minimum required). Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable. Ability to adapt to the client. Residence in any area of Spain.
