• Responsible for answering phones, filtering and directing phone calls to appropriate person.
• Responsible for providing customers with product information such as product availability and inventory checks on their own product.
• Responsible for checking Orders inbox, entering each order into PeopleSoft and printing packing slips for each order received
• Provide all required shipping documentation for orders shipping internationally. This includes health certificate, commercial invoice, packing slip and COA.
• Provide all daily orders with packing slips to the shipping department.
• Provide scanned copies of export paperwork to the shipping department for international orders.
• Maintain proper communication with shipping department regarding all large and international orders as shipping department will need to setup freight for most shipments. If possible, a week in advance.
• Responsible for applying for health certificates.
• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Issue and manage employee/visitor badges in the security system.
