Our client is seeking a Customer Service/Coordinator to join their team. As a Customer Service/Coordinator, you will be part of the Support associate team, providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service/Coordinator I
**Location:** Hanover, PA
Pay range: $18 to $20
**What's the Job?**
+ Deliver timely and thorough responses to inquiries from independent distributor partners and sales managers.
+ Process customer orders and support DSD plant or IDP setup changes.
+ Maintain accurate tracking of inquiries and ensure quality standards are met.
+ Assist with order processing errors and provide support to cross-functional teams.
+ Document all work processes and maintain effective communication with team members.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate Degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
+ Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and database management systems such as SAP.
+ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
