Customer Service Back Office Coordinator CZ

What will you do?

Provide customer service support as first line to Czech rep. based customers - external and internal

Solve customers’ queries to ensure pallets are delivered on time in full

Coordinate the invoicing, debiting and crediting for customers

Cooperate with Slovak account managers to resolve customer issues

Open new accounts for customers and maintain updates to the account structure

Support pallet audit process

Prepare monthly reports and action plans to meet customer service metrics

What you should bring to the role?

Experience in customer-facing role preferable but not required

Fluent in Czech and good English

Good PC skills

Good communication skills to support customers
