Role Overview:

As a highly organised Customer Service Coordinator, you will be integral to our team, ensuring excellent service delivery during the post-contract and handover processes. Your strong customer service background, coupled with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, will be vital in this role.

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver administrative processes related to post-contract services for customers.

Provide comprehensive coordination services through regular telephone interactions with customers.
