El Customer Service Coordinator estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte.

Coordinación de trasportes terrestres con 3 almacenes diariamenteSeguimiento y reporte de ventas diarioCreación de órdenes de venta, instrucciones de embarque, análisis de inventarios

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

Conocimientos de embarques internacionales de producto terminado, terrestre, Aéreos y marítimosConocimientos básicos del proceso de venta, importación y exportaciónManejo de Excel (manejo de datos, creación de tablas pivote, búsqueda de información)Manejo de carriers (posicionamiento de tráileres, comunicación efectiva y coordinación de salidas, lineamientos CTPAT para despacho)Manejo de ERP (BAAN, SAP, ORACLE)Toma de decisiones, análisis de datos y comunicación efectivaDisponibilidad de horario turno nocturno
