Customer Service Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure customer needs are met and identify opportunities for Key Account Managers. Resolve queries escalated by Account Managers within a timely manner. Maintain accurate data and ensure clients are satisfied with services. Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals to new and existing clients. Collaborate with Account Managers to capitalize on opportunities. Manage documentation and records in line with the customer’s retention strategy. Handle and resolve client concerns or complaints effectively. Qualifications & Experience:
3-year degree (B-degree). 6+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player. Business acumen with the ability to communicate at all levels. Highly computer literate. Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
